If the inspector is pushing his other services (like HVAC repair or general contractor services), you should be concerned. Here in Texas, we are not allowed to work on a home that we have inspected until a year after the inspection, but I noticed that some do. You will want an inspector who focuses on the inspection, not possible income in the future.</description>
