		<description>What I have tyically seen is that for multiple properties the management company will drop their fee a percent or two.  So if they typically charge 10% of rent they would charge 9%.</description>

		<description>I would be curious to know if you had a reduced rate (increased rev) when you rented out your 2nd home vs. when the property manager filled the space.  I've heard stories of 50/50 rev split when property managers fill your home and then reduced rates (like 65/35 splits) for homeowner filled times.</description>
