Management Services- 10% of the gross monthly rent:

  • condition and damages including detailed check/in out sheets and photo documentation
  • 24/7 emergency maintenance and repairs with reliable contractors
  • Licensed and bonded contractors with excellent references
  • Rent collections
  • On site visits to inspect the inside and out of your properties
  • Monthly contact with tenants
  • Timely owner disbursements paid directly to your account via ACH
  • Monitor delinquencies
  • Monthly owner statements emailed directly to you
  • Year end CPA prepared statements
  • Tenant check out and security deposit reconciliation
  • 24 hour owner access to your owners statements
  • 24 hour access for residents to submit payments
  • 24 hour access for residents to submit maintenance requests

We also provide owners additional services billed on an hourly basis at $75 per hour billed in 1/2 increments.
