Allwest Property Management offers professional, hands-on management services designed to produce higher occupancy and lower expenses resulting in greater asset values for our clients.

Customized Management

We offer a customized management plan for each property focusing on maximizing value by controlling expenses, generating income and executing capital projects in a timely manner. Our full range of property management services includes the following:

  1. Leasing & Marketing (professional advertisement, tenant showings, prepare quarterly comparative rental market survey reports, use of all reasonable efforts to maximize rental income and maintain full occupancy)
  2. Tenant Management (on-going communication with tenants, timely response to tenants requests, rent collections)
  3. Tenant Screening (application, credit history check and review financial and employment history)
  4. Property Maintenance Services (provide 24hr, 365 day emergency service, coordinate and supervise all tenant maintenance needs through qualified vendors that are licensed and bonded)
  5. Financial Accounting (prepare detailed monthly financial reports, review budget and budget performance, payment of vendor invoices and expenses from property receipts, maintain separate trust accounts and reconcile each month)
Property Report

Utilizing our property management services, the client can determine the status of their investment simply by reviewing an up-to-date monthly "property report", freeing the client from the day-to-day concerns associated with rental property management. We ensure that the value of the client's property is continually enhanced by obtaining the maximum possible market rent and implementing cost effective maintenance and operating procedures.
