- Make sure all locks conform to SECURITY DEVICE LAWS.
- Make sure FIRE DETECTION EQUIPMENT conforms to current laws.
- Handle all repairs using experienced, qualified, reliable contractors with NO service mark-up costs.
- Take care of collections, delinquencies, and if necessary, evictions.
- Send monthly statements of income and expenses.
- Inspect property upon vacancy and notify tenant of disposition of security deposit in accordance with security deposit laws.
- Pay expenses and send you a net check or send all invoices & payments to owner for disbursement.
