Our property management services include lease preparations as well as the collection of the first month's rent and security deposit. Tenants who rent properties managed by AREA Texas Realty enjoy the convenience of multiple payment options via online, check, credit card or secure transactions through an Automated Clearing House (ACH).
All of our owners have convenient 24/7 online access to statements, invoices and financial reports. You can monitor rent transactions and verify that funds are transferred. With AREA Texas Realty, all owner funds are sent via direct deposit no later than the tenth day of every month.
