Avenue Residential Leasing and Management is part of the Avenue Real Estate Group, a St. Louis real estate firm dedicated to re-inventing the real estate industry.
Years ago principals in the firm became frustrated with the low quality choices available in property management companies. Working with many of them, and realizing the poor service of both discount and full service property management companies, the partners of Avenue set out to develop a property management company that could provide customized service and excellent care for the properties and their owners.
We specialize in the management of high income residential property. Executive level homes is what we know best and your home will receive the specialized care and service that a high end home requires.
Monthly Rent Collection
We ensure the timely collection of rent and provide residents multiple payment options including automatic check draft, credit card payments and traditional mailed payments.
Monthly Bill Payments
We pay your monthly property bills including mortgage and utilities.
When emergencies arise we coordinate the repair with an approved vendor.
You may schedule any maintenance necessary and we ensure your property is maintained accordingly and timely.
Monthly owner activity statement - This statement provides information including but not limited to rents received, reserve account balance, monthly expenses and fees paid.
"Real Time" online owner reporting
Monthly maintenance report - Provides detail about maintenance performed and expenses.
Annual Operating and Financial Report - YTD incomes statements and IRS Form 1099 for tax purposes
Online Tenant Portal - Online Rental Payments - Submit online service requests and check status updates - 24 Hour emergency notification phone system
We meet the resident at the property to conduct a move-out inspection, collect keys, and to secure the property.
Prepare the property for lease
We arrange any cleaning or services needed to prepare the property for re-occupancy.
