Who We Are
Balboa Realty has been a work in progress for many years. Opening its doors in 2010, our goal was to bring a new identity to the local Real Estate market on the Balboa Peninsula while at the same time preserving the traditional feel of the Balboa Village and its surroundings. The founders were born and raised in Newport Beach and wanted to impart their love for the community both by brand identity as well as through our unequaled knowledge of the City's history, geography and real property.
