In addition we perform scrupulous credit checks.At those times a tenant tries to unreasonably push too far,we know how to effectively stop them by taking appropriate counter action to the "push".

BRICO with vast experience and great management skill supervises our clients rent collections, posts notices for those that are late, and coordinates with legal representatives in the eviction process. Maintenance of common areas, grounds and mechanical items are a must in all properties. Efficient and effective "get ready" in a multi-family property puts rent paying tenants back in vacant units. In commercial properties performing tenant improvements quickly and in a cost effective way can result in thousands of dollars of reduced costs.We have a large staff of skilled maintenance and janitorial personnel that are trained to save our clients money.
- REPORTS
One of the greatest benefits of BRICO service is the security of knowing that your bills are being paid on time. Our capable accounts receivable and accounts payable staff coordinate all your recurring expenses, loan payments, tax, insurance and capital improvement expenses and recovers reimbursements from escrow accounts when applicable.At the end of each month these expenses are tracked in the BRICO bookkeeping system to provide an accurate accounting of how your money is being spent. In addition both written and verbal reports are provided on a frequent basis to our owners.
- MANAGEMENT FEES
The BRICO Management package is tailored to suit each individual owner. It is impossible to state a specific commission rate, until we have determined the level of service, the comprehensive nature of our service and the complexity of a property.
