We offer our customers the ability to contact us through multiple media sources such as phone, E-mail, text and even a personalized username and password so that you can login and see a real time view of all activity on your property including monthly statements and maintenance invoices. We are always available to answer any questions or concerns you may have about your properties. We understand that sometimes you have questions or need to get info after 5pm, a majority of our clients are not in our time zone, so it is essential that we make ourselves available for everyone. Our management contracts are not intimidating to you. We don't lock you in for a year, 2 years, or 3 years and then charge a penalty if you cancel. You can cancel with a 30 day notice and no strings attached if you decide the service we offer is not to your liking.
Being a reputable company and not an individual, we have access to wholesale prices on materials and also on appliances, keeping your costs down. Our full service maintenance crews have been put together after years of managing properties to offer you the best and most efficient service. You can find anyone off the street to do work for a cheap price, but you need someone who knows about investment property repairs and maintenance that can do the work timely while making sure it passes all state and local building codes and housing subsidy inspections. We handle everything from minor repairs to total rehabs, and offer common area maintenance such as snow plowing and lawn care. Tenants have the ability to request repairs and maintenance through our interactive website, and also our 24hr repair line.
We are also a fully licensed and bonded contracting company and certified for lead paint safety and removal, giving you a peace of mind and guarantee on quality of work.
