  • Conduct Routine Maintenance
    Take advantage of our on-staff handyman and enjoy 2 FREE hours of labor each month! We coordinate all other repairs with trusted, licensed and insured contractors.
  • Prepare Financial Statements
    Prepare detailed financial reports and distribute them to owners on a monthly basis.
  • Move-in/Move-Out Inspections
    Conduct thorough move-in/move-out inspections to assess whether a deduction from departing tenants' security deposit is appropriate and prepare the unit for incoming tenants.

While our property management fees vary slightly depending on the size of the investment property, we typically charge 7% of the monthly rental income, regardless of whether we help find your tenants. We offer month-to-month contracts allowing you to cancel our services at ANYTIME for any reason if you become unsatisfied!
