• Selects ideal candidates for either leasing or renting
  • Checking references
  • Credit checks

• Provide marketing strategies and advertisements for vacancies
• Collection of monthly dues and other financial obligations from the tenant
• Maintains property in a safe and liveable condition
• Provides monthly invoice statements
• Conduct pre and post inspections of home
  • Provide initial assessment of property
  • Provide monthly visit reports (exterior only)
  • Provide every 6 month inspection report (interior and exterior)
  • Coordinate with contractors or third party vendors from beginning to end
