Kline Property Management

Introduction

Kline Properties, Inc. was incorporated June of 2001. Since then we have been steadily growing by providing excellent property management, association management, property maintenance, construction services and real estate brokerage services. Kline Properties is a licensed real estate brokerage company and holds a general contractors license and is fully licensed, bonded and insured.

Advanced Management Software

We use Rent Manager software. This advanced management software resides on the servers of the software developer, London Computer Systems (LCS), located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This outsources the power backup, data backup and software upgrades and maintenance to LCS. This is important because your data is automatically maintained and backed up in a high quality data center.

Kline Properties, Inc. Board Member Access

Board members will have access to this management system to view payment status and history of HOA actions for each HOA member. In addition, board members will be able to view bank account transactions and balances, financial reports for any time period, and review the annual budget and current budget performance and many other items.

Association Member Access

HOA members will be able to view their payment ledger and pay their HOA dues on the website using an Echeck, credit card or debit card. HOA members will also be able to submit reports of HOA violations online.

HOA Website

An association website will be provided which will include the contact information for the HOA management, board members (if desired), general information about the subdivision, links to the payment portal for association members, announcements, a pdf of the association covenants, a pdf of the architectural request form and other forms, etc. Other premium features are available at reasonable additional cost such a user forum, blog, and special electronic forms, etc.
