What We Do...
We insist that properties taken under management be in good condition. We do an initial inspection of the property and recommend needed repairs and/or decorating changes to enhance its marketability. We obtain estimates and coordinate all work that you approve.

In addition to newspaper advertising and use of the Multiple Listing Service, a large part of our strategy includes the Internet. Your rental appears on numerous web sites. To make your property more attractive, we also post photos and slide shows at no extra charge to you.
Careful Tenant Screening:
We want reliable and qualified tenants just as much as you do, and we pride ourselves on the quality of tenants we are able to attract. Our extensive tenant screening and lease procedures help to ensure this. We do a thorough credit check before the lease is signed. This includes checking history with the credit bureau, verifying employment and checking all appropriate references, including past landlords. We crosscheck landlord references with local property tax records to confirm their legitimacy.
To offer you maximum protection, our leases are based on years of experience and comply with all state and federal laws. Prior to signing the lease, we will prepare a written move-in checklist to document the condition of the property.

We provide emergency Service, When the water heater bursts or the toilet overflows at midnight, we get the call - you get the sleep.
