We offer tenant placement, property management, maintenance and construction services. Prices will depend on type of contract. For example, tenant placement is $300.00 set fee w/ a one time commission of 40%. Property management w/ a tenant inhouse is $400.00 one time fee w/ a monthly rate of 10% based on the monthly rent. Property management w/out a tenant and we have to do the tenant placement will be $500.00 one time fee w/ a 10% monthly rate based on the monthly rent of the rent.
