Maintenance Services

• Prepare property for rental (includes full cleaning and repairing items that would adversely affect renting of the property).
• All tenant calls are received by Premier Property MGMT who dispatches service personnel. Owner is responsible for the cost of repairs.
• Maintenance services such as plowing, lawn care, repairs, and general contracting of large projects.

Accounting Services

• Full book-keeping services for all bill paying & mortgage payments.
• Monthly rent roll and financial statements provided.
• Rent collections and banking provided as well.
