Regency Property Management is a locally-owned and operated company specializing in property management, sales, leasing, and association management of income property throughout Fresno, Clovis, Madera and other Central California locations.
Our goal is to provide our clients with experienced, credible and effective management services at the highest level. These services are all-encompassing and include administrative services, financial services and coordination of all management functions and services at all levels.
For property owners, we take the hassles out of your hands, by dealing with the day-to-day challenges that come with managing a rental property. For tenants, we are just a phone call or an e-mail away, year-round, and will gladly take care of any maintenance needs you have during your stay at any of our rental properties.
Having spent the past 25 years managing property all over Fresno, Clovis, Madera and surrounding areas, we are well aware of the headaches, heartbreak and danger involved with managing property.

Regency offers property management of all sized residential houses and apartment complexes. We also offer top-notch Homeowner Association management. We handle all the day-to-day affairs to keep your property producing income while you sit back and enjoy your new-found free time.
H.O.A. Services- At Regency Property Management, we provide professional property management services for homeowners associations (HOAs) and Community Associations along the south valley, including the Clovis area. Running an HOA or community association is much like running a small business and few volunteer board members are prepared for the time commitment and complexities of property management. We understand and excel at every level of association management from property management to covenants enforcement, HOA fee collections to coordination of board meetings and annual homeowners meeting. A community is much more than streets and houses. A community includes people and their relationships with each other. We assist our communities in developing community attitudes which help fulfill the drams and goals of residents and developers.
Tenant Management- Anyone can manage property, but where Regency sets itself apart from the others is in tenant management. We handle all the proper paperwork in leasing, maintaining and, when necessary, removing a problem tenant. Our tenants know that we are very strict and they need to keep up the property and pay rent in a timely manner or face removal.
Property Management- We drive our properties at least once a week to make sure they are kept up appearance wise. We do interior inspections any time we are called out for service and also upon owner request. We acquire bids for repairs, oversee the work being done and also advise on deferred maintenance issues. We own many properties and we treat yours with the same care that we treat our own..
Accounts Receivable/Payable- We handle the collection of rents, late fees and subsequent charges, and invoices to tenants for damages. We also handle the payment of vendors that service your property and we can even handle payments to your mortgage company. You'll have your own personal trust account and will receive monthly statements so you can keep track of your investment.
Exposure- We pursue as many avenues as possible to get your property maximum exposure. We have a strong internet presence and use multiple free web sites to display your vacant rental. We receive a lot of calls from our signs and from tenants calling to see what we have available. We even turned one of our maintenance vehicles into a moving billboard so prospective tenants always see a phone number to reach us. We can also set up pay advertising for you through any other media you choose.
Repairs/Maintenance- When the time comes for necessary repairs to your home, our staff is ready to handle the problem for you or we can make arrangements with a company that you prefer. We are very experienced with City Code compliance and Section 8 (HUD) Inspection. Our maintenance staffs are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We bid out larger maintenance items and are always trying to save you money by acquiring lower bids.
