Resource Management has been established since 1987. We service the Houston area, as well as surrounding cities. Helping homeowners in the formation of the Homeowners Association and the selection of the Board of Directors, interpretation of the governing documents, negotiate and solicit service contracts for the common areas and paying the bills are just some of the things our experienced staff specializes in.

Other services include, but are not limited to:

• Collect monthly/yearly homeowner assessments
• Take any legal action necessary against owners in arrears of homeowner assessments
• Prepare a monthly transaction report for the Board of Directors detailing all income and accounts payable
• Negotiate with insurance company for any damage done to property
• Make monthly inspection of exterior of property
• Meet with Board of Directors as needed
• Prepare yearly budget
• Prepare and expedite mail outs to the community
• Report deed restriction violations
• Send letters to homeowners for deed restriction violations
• Complete and process resale certificates and provide assistance to owners and real estate agents working to sell homes within the Association
• Provide Annual Meeting assistance, including facilities arrangement, proper mailing of meeting notice and announcements, and help in securing a quorum

Our minimum fee is $350.00 per month.
