Both Services include complete marketing of your home, tenant screening, lease execution and document inspections. It is once the lease is executed and the property inspected that the differences are apparent. With tenant placement the lease is assigned back to you and the tenant is your. With full management, we maintain our position of Landlord. We take care of rent-collection, lease enforcement, notice requirements, bookkeeping, year-end reporting, eviction if necessary and handling tenant maintenance requests with licensed and insured vendors. We also provide 24/7 on-call support for emergency maintenance issues with full management.

We make use of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) to ensure all realtors have access and exposure to your home. We also make use of the various 3rd party rental websites and our own rental listing located on our website. Yard signs are utilized to catch potential drive-by interest.
