MANAGEMENT SERVICES

At the Infiniti Group we have developed very specific and proven methodologies that we use to consistently produce great results for our clients. Whether you own a condo, single residential home, a commercial building, or a 100 unit apartment complex we have the experience to provide a full service management strategy which will take the stress out of your hands. TENANT SCREENING:

We will fill your vacancy with tenants who are thoroughly screened for credit, employment, housing and other references. All tenants will be screened through the 3 major credit bureaus to confirm identity. We also personally interview each and every qualified applicant to ensure only the most qualified tenant is chosen.

RENT COLLECTION:

We will enforce all landlord/tenant legal rules and regulations. All checks will be collected and issued to the owners in the form of a check or electronic deposit. In the rare case of an eviction we will take care of every aspect of the eviction process. From tenant disputes, service of all notices as well as collections. With our local legal team we will do everything possible to reclaim your property and or any lost rent.

ADVERTISING:

All of our units are strategically advertised to maximize exposure while keeping costs to a minimum. Services include professional photography of your rental home, complete with multiple spherical virtual tours. All listing will be featured on the company website as well as our association with J. Rockcliff Realtors. Listings will be showcased on MLS.

MAINTENANCE:

The most challenging aspects of property management is ensuring all maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. Property owners do not want to be disturbed in the middle of the night or during the weekend due to a leaky sink or other plumbing issue. Rest assure that The Infiniti Group will provide the emergency repair service 24 hours a day as well as regular maintenance and upkeep. Our 15 years of experience has given us access to the best qualified vendors in the industry.

All maintenance issues will be serviced by The Infiniti Group with the cost being passed to the owner. Before any work order a quote will be provided to the owners for approval. Once approved all work order costs will be deducted from the monthly rent. The difference will be mailed to the owners.

CLEANING:

Once tenants vacate the properties The Infiniti Group will assess any damages to the property and make sure it is cleaned and ready for show. In the rare case there are damages found our team will hire vendors to quickly fix the problem. All charges will be deducted from the renters security deposit.
