T.M.C. Realty & Management, Inc. is a Real Estate Property Management Company licensed in the state of Nevada since 1995. All managers are certified and licensed by the Real Estate Division of the State of Nevada. We have an excellent customer support staff to set up and maintain proper files and records. We use a “live attendant” on telephone calls and respond as quickly as possible to homeowner concerns. Voice mail options are available if a staff person is currently busy.
WHAT WE DO
T.M.C. Realty & Management, Inc. will manage the business affairs of your community and be the “right hand” of the board. We will institute, maintain policies and procedures including collections, violations, and maintenance. Your agreement can be customized according to the needs of your association.
REPORTING
For financial reporting, we use Tops Professional software. We offer easy to read complete and organized Board packages.
MEETINGS
Management will attend meetings of the Board and of the membership as required by the Board. We can train the board on proper procedures and protocol of a meeting.
