We handle single and multifamily rentals in the counties of St Charles, St Louis, Lincoln, and Warren. Our broker, Bob Canaday, has been a high volume real estate agent for the past 19 years.   • ACCOUNTING-owners may have their rent sent to them by direct deposit or mail, each owner will have access to their statements, maintenance requests, 1099s, and annual financial reports via their on line portal

  • TENANT SCREENINGS-we screen our tenants for credit worthiness, criminal activity, and past landlord issues

  • ADVERTISING-we aggressively use the local MLS and over 50 websites including Trulia, Zillow, and Homes.com

Lease Only Program

Top Property Management advertises for the tenant, performs the screening, and prepares the lease. The owner then handles the daily management including collecting the rent, making repairs, and reconciling the security deposit at the end of the lease.
