  • Rental applications are handed out to all interested prospects at showings.
  • Rental applications are available to prospective tenants in our office & can be emailed to prospects.
  • We carefully screen the application before approving tenancy.
  • Once the application is approved, the lease is signed that complies not only with state and local laws, but includes safeguards for owners.

Rent Collections

  • It is your money and we are aggressive about it.
  • Late fees are assessed according to the lease.
  • We know the steps to take if the rent is not paid...including legal action.

Maintenance

We use a combination handypersons and a variety of independent contractors to get you quick turnaround and reasonable prices.

Accounting & Reporting

  • We have a computerized accounting system to track income and expenses.
  • All rents are recorded and expenses are paid in a timely fashion.
  • Detailed monthly management reports are sent out quarterly.
