- Rental applications are handed out to all interested prospects at showings.
- Rental applications are available to prospective tenants in our office & can be emailed to prospects.
- We carefully screen the application before approving tenancy.
- Once the application is approved, the lease is signed that complies not only with state and local laws, but includes safeguards for owners.
- It is your money and we are aggressive about it.
- Late fees are assessed according to the lease.
- We know the steps to take if the rent is not paid...including legal action.
We use a combination handypersons and a variety of independent contractors to get you quick turnaround and reasonable prices.
Accounting & Reporting
- We have a computerized accounting system to track income and expenses.
- All rents are recorded and expenses are paid in a timely fashion.
- Detailed monthly management reports are sent out quarterly.
