Worth Avenue Property Management Group, Inc. (“WORTH”), is a full service premier property management company serving Southern Florida. WORTH is a subsidiary of Palm Beach Realty Advisors, Inc., a full service real estate brokerage firm that is known for its strong investor and commercial related programs. Worth Avenue Property Management’s services are customized to meet and exceed our clients’ specific requirements and objectives. Worth employs experienced personnel in all facets of operations to insure the highest level of service to our clients. Our services have been tailored to meet and exceed the needs of the real estate investor with one unit or 1,000 units seeking management expertise. We place a great deal of emphasis on cost control, creating positive cash flow opportunities and maximizing income. Within Residential we provide services for high-end single family residences and condominiums as well as having a division that manages affordable and low income housing (subsidized and tax credit) and everything in between. Our Capabilities include managing apartment assets as small as 5 units to over several 100 units, in addition to managing associations.

- Assist in obtaining financing and managing and promoting the process
- Property Management Opinion on increasing cash flow and overall property value.
