Services We Provide

• Upon inspection of your property we will establish rent and make recommendations for optimizing income potential.
• Your property will be marketed through a wide variety of resources including newspaper ads, vacancy lists, two separate web sites, relocation agencies, corporate housing administrators, and Realtors. This assures that your rental property will be rented in the least amount of time. (Remember, prospective tenants are searching for your property every day and we are here to help them in their search, every day!)
• Placing high quality tenants is our business! Prospective tenants are required to pass our rigorous screening criteria, virtually eliminating problem tenants.
• Venture Dynamics establishes a rapport with tenants through open communication and quick response to maintenance issues.
• Coordinate, supervise, and inspect needed maintenance and repairs.
• Regular drive-by inspections are conducted. Full property inspections are performed semi annually in the spring and again in the fall to coincide with winterization.
• Rents are collected in a timely manner.
• We supply forms, rental agreements, notices, etc., that comply with all current and up to date state law and regulations.
• In accordance with Oregon Real Estate Agency regulations, we maintain detailed records, ledgers, and accounts. Owners' statements are provided each month, the week of the 25th. We offer automatic deposits to our owners' accounts as well as e-statements, at no additional charge.
