Welcome to ABJ Property Management, Inc. We specialize in the Management of Apartments, Single Family Dwellings, Condominiums and Townhomes. Our services are quite comprehensive but can be modified to suit an Owners' particular needs. Our management of residential real estate typically includes rent collection, bookkeeping, bill paying, financial reporting, scheduling maintenance (within the terms of the lease and the Management Agreement), enforcement of the lease, supervise and monitor repairs and improvements, evictions and insurance review.

Leasing and maintenance are integral parts of Real Estate ownership and can be included in the Management Agreement.
