We have a full service property management division as well as a new construction and rehab division. We have the staff to handle all of the necessary responsibilities that come with managing, constructing, and rehabbing property today.

Management ABSOLUTE Property Services currently manages single family and duplex properties as well as apartment communities. We offer competitive management fees with detailed, itemized statements mailed with monthly payouts.

Below is an outline of our business practices on collecting rent and paying out to landlords each month.

• We collect rent the 1st day of the month until 5:30 pm on the 5th of each month.
• On the 15th to the 20th of the month we file eviction papers unless otherwise directed by you the property owner.
• Owner payouts are made on the last day of each month.
