We are seeking property owners and investors with homes in the Greater Birmingham area who are seeking management companies for said properties. Alabama Rental Managers manages homes which are less than 10 years old. If you would like us to simply help you find renters, without managing, we are happy to provide that service as well to all age homes. We charge a small percentage per month to manage homes, and only charge a finder’s fee once we find your renter for you.
