The Corporation
Allen Properties was formed in 1978 with the goal of establishing a hands-on, relationship-based, investment property services company that would cater to the unique needs of multi-family residential property owners and investors. During the past three decades, Allen Properties' management portfolio has selectively grown to over 2200 apartment units throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
The People
Frank E. Allen - Frank brings 30 years experience to his position as Director of the Property Management Division of Allen Properties. He has a broad range of knowledge in the project management of large and small apartment communities. Frank graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 1975 with a B. A. in Business / Finance, and is a licensed Real Estate Broker, and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Frank and his staff continue to carry out the Allen Properties commitment to "optimize project revenues and build wealth through advanced property management techniques".
Paul C. Allen - Paul is President of the Corporation, Broker, and Director of the Acquisition / Sales and Investor Relations Divisions of Allen Properties. Paul has been with the company for 25 years since he received a B. S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado in 1979. Paul's dedication to the precise identification of sound investment opportunities provides the matrix upon which Allen Properties' investment portfolio continues to build.
Property Management
Growth Through Success: During the past three decades, Allen Properties' management portfolio has grown to contain over 50 properties, 3000 units in Orange, Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside counties. With a reputation for both quality and economic success, Allen Properties strategically positions each property to reach it's full potential. The company maximizes each property's performance utilizing proven management techniques by; hiring and training excellent on-site personnel; making sound decisions that stabilize occupancy; adding value through property upgrades; reducing resident turnover; and ultimately increasing cash flow to the owner. Allen manages apartment properties between 20 and 200 units in size.
Individuality: The Allen Properties staff is geared to provide council and direction to best serve each individual owner / client for whom they work. Every property is somewhat unique, and that is why they tailor their services to the desires of the client.
Goals and Objectives: Allen Properties believes in a structured management plan utilizing a standardized operations manual. They hold company training and marketing seminars, and have a rigid reporting system in place for our on-site managers. This not only ensures consistent management protocol, but also eliminates the "trial and error" management approach common to less successful property management systems.
