David Medendorp
David joined the real estate business in 1987. He went on to establish The Medendorp Real Estate Group in 1997 and joined Exit Realty of Muskegon in 2006. In 1999 he received his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation (which is a recognized professional in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing asset management, valuation, and investment analysis). David has earned many awards for top sales. He has an extensive knowledge of the market place, has closed many complicated deals, and has been referred to as having the most formal real estate education in Muskegon county. He is supported by his wife Erin and four kids.

Jason Dolinski
Jason has eight years of post high school education including a bachelors degree in biblical studies, a masters level education in theology, a year in health services, and a year in computers. Over time, he felt the need to be involved in his own business. After he started purchasing and renting out investment properties in 2006, real estate felt right for Jason and became an additional business step for him. He is committed to bringing you old fashioned honest care that his friends and acquaintances have come to know him for. He is supported by his wife Amanda and three kids.

Rob Buelow
Rob brings over twenty years of construction and maintenance experience with him. He has worked in roofing, underground sprinkling, concrete, and twelve years of plumbing. He is a journey plumber who’s been involved in all aspects of plumbing maintenance, as well as experience in commercial and residential remodels and new construction. He built his first house and completed 90% of the project on his own. Rob has extensive experience in remodeling of homes. He is supported by his wife Laura and three kids.

Since Strawberry Point Developments started in 2006, Jason and Rob have been purchasing, rehabbing, and renting out properties. Managing investment properties became an important next step for them when they realized a need for for it and they started ALT Property Management. While remaining an active member at EXit Realty, David joins ALT Property Management in an advisory role. The team looks to assist those who are looking to put the enjoyment back into their investments by not being burdened with the management aspect of their properties.
