Rental Agent:–Through our rental agent services, we will professionally advertise, qualify and secure reliable rent-paying tenants for your property. Our marketing program is designed to attract the most qualified prospects to the rental apartment site. The second phase of the marketing program is leasing, which encompasses qualification, presentation and closing. Through qualification, the prospect is properly screened as to character, credit and apartment requirements.

APM specializes in renting corporate short-term rentals, long-term rentals and commercial office space.

Condominium Association Governance

One of the most effective ways to help increase owner support of Board decisions is through communication. If owners are thoroughly informed of the issues facing their community and understand the basis of Board decisions on behalf of the community, they are more likely to support and comply with those decisions. In addition, effective communication also allows owners to voice their comments, requests, concerns and ideas so that the Board can make decisions based on the best interests of the entire ownership.

To achieve support and adherence to the governance by the co-owners, APM will:

  • Meet once monthly with the Board
  • Attend the annual owners meeting
  • Attend special meetings upon request
  • Foster owner participation and attendance at meetings by notifying owners of upcoming meetings two weeks in advance with an agenda and a proxy
  • Distribute minutes of meetings as provided by the Secretary of the Board
  • Maintain owner/tenant roster
  • Assist the Board with resolving/addressing issues as brought forth by owners
  • Assist the Board with developing and enforcing rules and regulations
  • Serve as a liaison between the Board and the Association’s legal counsel
  • Conduct new owner overviews
  • Assist investment owners in identifying and keeping tenants who contribute to the quality of life of other tenants, and in avoiding those who are likely to detract from it; deal with any problem tenants

Multi-Units

APM understands the property management complexities of small multi-unit buildings and we tailor our management program to meet those special needs. We manage short- and long-term apartment rentals, office space, and rental condominiums. Our services greatly simplify the ownership and management of your investment property. We show the property, screen tenants, handle bookkeeping and rent collection, oversee renovations and routine maintenance, and promptly deal with problems and tenant requests 24/7, so that you can relax in the knowledge that your property is safe, secure and well-managed.
