Property management

Mission

Arizona Sun Realty provides full property management services for a low flat fee of $65.00 per month per property. We truly believe that communication is important for the management relationship to be successful.

Marketing

Your property will be presented to the marketplace through both web advertising and newspaper advertising. We will maximize drive-by traffic with signs posted on the property. Our goal is to maintain your property so it will show to the best of its potential

Resident Screening

One of the most important services that we provide is the careful screening of every prospective resident before renting your property. This process includes verifying employment, income, resident history and credit. We want you to be comfortable with the people who will be living in your property.

Leasing

We work closely with both our owners and residents to ensure the transition runs smoothly. We closely monitor every property to make sure rent is paid, and that your investment is our priority.

Maintenance

We closely monitor your property. There will be periodic checks of the property to ensure that your investment is properly being maintained. Any maintenance issues that arise will be handled by our in-house staff or a licensed vendor.

Accounting

We will provide a monthly statement showing income and expenses. It is our objective to help our owners become successful investors
