Arthur & Jones Properties, LLC is a real estate management
service that specializes in real estate management for property
owners. Property managers and owners today are faced with

Our History
We began as a small contracted property management company primarily providing services to owners of
single family homes. Quickly we realized the need for professional and quality management for all types
of properties. Today we continue to provide management services to owners of single family homes and
have expanded our portfolio to include commercial and large residential properties. We manage
apartment communities, storage facilities, strip mall centers, and office buildings.
