Alan C. Townsend's family has been in real estate sales and property management field for over 100 years. Alan, his grandfather, mother and father were all Midwestern real estate brokers, as well as rental property owners. The philosophy has always been to provide personal, professional service to our clients striving for a strong long-term relationship.
As the south California real estate market is unique; so our company starts out and continues with the single vision of protecting the client from legal and liability risks. This requires extensive knowledge in numerous areas of the tenant screening, property maintenance, accounting and problem solving. We have done this through building lasting working relationships with owners and tenants, who are our customers. We take time to listen to our client's needs and desires. In a changing world, it's good to have a member of your team who's with you for the long haul.
Rancho Mesa Properties joined our management company in 2000. Phil Morris placed his 17-year-old company with us knowing our long-term view of owner/ tenant relationships were the same. As Mr. Morris was retired military management, he elevated our systems and procedures to a higher level.
In 2005, Rancho Mesa Properties acquired Jack Carter Property Management. Jack Carter was the first independent Real Estate Brokerage in Rancho Bernardo and held a well-known reputation for excellence. Again the long-term relationship with clients was paramount.
