Advertising
A-TX property management is dedicated to find the perfect tenant for your home.

WHAT WE DO...

  • First we have a general ad in the local newspaper to advertise our company.
  • We then place your property on sites such as The MLS, our web site, and the Green Sheet.
  • Approximately 6700 realtors in the Austin vicinity will have access to view your property once it is entered in the MLS.
  • A-TX sends advertisement flyers to local corporations and schools to inform them that our company is here to assist them with most rental needs.
  • A-TX has a Marketing Director on staff always working to advertise the company and your property in particular.
  • We will Keep a SIGN and a LOCKBOX on your property until it leases.
Accounting
At A-TX we keep our own in house accounting.

Owner statements are mailed on the 10th of each month . Your statement will show you everything related to your account.

Rent is also collected in our office and will always be due by the 1st. If rent goes un-paid our office will handle the eviction process.

WHAT WE CHARGE!
We ask that you place a $300 into your reserve account. This will be used for utility deposits, mowing, etc.

"Get a Quote" for monthly management fees.

We are not paid until your property is leased!

System Service
Since, our office knows the importance of technology today, we use a software program designed just for our line of expertise (Property Management). Our software allows any staff person to immediately pull up your property and give you all the information at just a click of a mouse.

Tenant Screening
A-TX understands the importance of tenant screening. We use a company for all of our screening that runs the prospective tenants rental history, employment verification, credit history, and criminal background.

Screening Process:

  1. Fill out the Texas Rental Application
  2. Tenant applies application fee
  3. A-TX processes application
  4. Owner is notified immediately if tenant qualifies
