Advertise your property through our public website, MLS and signage. Qualify tenants. Maintain your property with known qualified independent businesses. Visually inspect your property with the help of the maintenance persons, agents and personal relationships with the tenants. Collection of rent. Monthly rent and expense statements. Evictions if necessary.

FEES

Keeping it simple keeps costs to investors down. Our leasing fees start at 50% of the first months full rent and the management fees start at 6% of the monthly rental rate.
