Baywood Property Management is one of Victoria's leading property

Our success is rooted in our experience in Property Management. Will Carter,
the Property Manager, has over 25 years of experience in this field. His thorough
knowledge of the Real Estate Act, Residential Tenancy Act, and Strata Property
Act has allowed him to teach Property Management and Public Speaking at
Camosun College. He is also a member of the Strata Property Agents of BC and
has twice held the chair position for the Vancouver Island chapter of the Real
Estate Institute of Canada (and Institute of Real Estate Management).
