Bluewater Property Management LLC was formed in 1979. The idea was to offer high quality rental homes in fantastic locations. Since the owner and founder was fond of living on the water, and in the mountains, the properties which were purchased were all either waterfront, or mountain view properties. Bluewater Property Management LLC has added many homes since 1979, and has expanded into 3 states, but has never forgotten how it feels to come home to a very special place. The feeling like you are on vacation each and every day you come home.

Bluewater Property Management LLC maintains a qualified service and management staff in each location so that issues are quickly and professionally resolved for our tenants. Just a simple call to our main office and the local property manager are informed and will respond and handle any needs of our tenants. Our homes are maintained to high standards, standards which we would expect if we were in fact living there. They are truly a cut above in quality as well as cleanliness.

Bluewater Property Management LLC offers single family homes in great cities and towns in three states, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Each home has been selected for its location and all are owned by our company. We take great pride in maintaining our homes and our staff in each state responds to your every need. All of our homes have special desirable features and are in great neighborhoods. Renting one of our homes either for a week, month,or a year feels like you are truly on vacation, even when you are not. All of our homes are either directly on the water, adjacent to it, or are in the mountains with flowing streams and open mountain views!
