Boardwalk Investment Group, Inc. is an Accredited Management Organization offering asset and property management services for income property, REO's, and property in transition. Boardwalk's staff serves as court appointed receivers and managers for residential and commercial property. In addition, a variety of management related services are provided to financial institutions, government agencies, individual and institutional trusts’ regarding real estate issues.

As receiver, Boardwalk’s staff has protected the interests for numerous lenders. The company has been particularly successful in managing this type of asset during the turbulent times of transition while protecting property values and mitigating unnecessary cash flow drains. Receivership engagements have included all property types in various Northern California counties, with the majority of the court appointed engagements for assets in Contra Costa County.

Currently, the management portfolio includes commercial and residential properties throughout California. The portfolio consists of retail, commercial and residential properties owned by nationally-prominent developers, Owners’ associations, financial institutions and other individual investors.
