For properties located in the City of San Diego from the beach communities to easterly San Diego, we are ready to take away your worries about owning investiment property. Our services include:

• Advertise, qualify and show prospective tenants.
• Prepare and finalize Leases
• Collect rents and bank in our Real Estate Brokers Trust Account
• Answer telephone calls 24 hours a day for tenant emergencies.
• Maintain your property using well established licensed contractors
• Pay all bills, taxes, mortgage payments, homeowners dues and any other costs as authorized by the owner. Provide to you monthly and year-to-date income and expense reports.
• Disburse any realized gains to you each month.
