Borell & Associates Property Management, Inc. was founded by South Florida Real Estate Attorney Alexander E. Borell. We are a family owned and operated company offering superior management services backed by a solid support staff.
Association Management -
Our trained professionals work hands-on with your Board to ensure all concerns and pending issues are resolved, and our impressive support staff is comprised of experienced individuals who know the importance of superior customer service. The financials are managed using the industry's top financial management software that is operated by experienced accounting personnel.
We offer our management services to homeowner associations and condominium associations, and do not have a size requirement.

Property (Rental) Management -
Our real estate professionals work hard to relieve you of the stress and pressure of managing your investment property. We not only find a qualified tenant, but provide a full range of property management services, depending on your needs. We collect the rent, coordinate needed repairs, pay HOA dues, conduct periodic inspections, prepare monthly accounting statements, and deliver the rent.
Homeowner Services - Rental Management
- Prepare an initial inspection report
- Advertise your property (online, local newspaper ads, signs)
- Conduct an extensive tenant background check including credit, criminal and prior eviction search
- Collect and hold in escrow the security deposit
- Coordinate with the HOA for tenant approval, if needed
- Prepare the lease
- Collect the rent
- Prepare late notices
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance work
- Pay HOA dues and mortgage payments
- Conducting periodic inspections
- Coordinate evictions
- Prepare monthly accounting statements
- Deliver the rent to you
Fees:
An upfront administration fee in an amount equal to one months rent, and a monthly management fee equal to 9% of the monthly rent.
