Founded October 1st, 2002, Cityscape Real Estate, LLC is a new company, new to LoDo, but certainly not new to real estate and property management.

Ron Herdt is CEO/Broker/Owner. He has been in real estate for 30 years in the local Denver market, and has extensive knowledge of real estate sales and property management. Ron will be doing real estate listing and sales, and property management accounting.

Cityscape office is located in the lower downtown district of Denver, affectionately known by locals as LoDo, in the Palace Lofts building at 1499 Blake St.

Property Management

CityScape is a full service residential and small commercial property management company and a full service real estate brokerage company.

Since its establishment in 1981, Partners Management has been handling the long-range and day to day plans and events that affect income-producing properties

We are a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and local, state, and national Realtor Boards.

We use dedicated property management software to track rents and payables. All accounting is done in a timely basis. Checks are printed by laser printer using our property management computer. Owners get an operating statement, cash receipts journal and cash disbursements journal on a monthly basis, plus a year end operating statement and 1099. We can even direct deposit your net rent for you.
