Our company was founded by two investors who were in search of a pro-active management company to manage their Oahu investments. Time after time, throughout their search, they were met with disappointment. Thus in July 2002, they decided to form Complete Rental Management, LLC (aka: CRM) to manage their personal investments and provide like minded investors the same quality they were looking for. To date CRM manages over 400 units. We offer a complete management service and are solely focused on property management. Our goal is to be the most respected and sought after property management company by owners, tenants, vendors and employees.
