At Condominium Concepts Management our management philosophy is simple, we are “hands on”. We pride ourselves in our ability to take care of the needs of each homeowner while proactively managing the needs of the physical asset and accurately managing the fiduciary and administrative needs of the Association. Our 28 year experience in the multi-family industry, managing over 60,000 units, coupled with our daily involvement in multiple high profile condominium conversions has allowed us to develop extraordinarily precise procedures to ensure the physical and financial integrity of our communities are always at the highest possible levels. At Condominium Concepts Management, someone from our executive staff is always available to discuss and resolve concerns that individual homeowners may have.

As the supply and demand for condominium living proliferated since 2000, it quickly became apparent that the successful apartment management principles utilized by FCM were not in practice in the condominium management field.

Condominium Concepts is a separate, independent company that was founded to fill the management void and offer a new and innovative management style to Atlanta’s fast growing condominium market. Condominium Concepts is the only condo management company that offers its clients the unique benefit of condominium expertise coupled with unmatched experience in multi-family management. There is an extraordinary amount of crossover expertise between conventional apartment management and condominium management. Our highly trained professionals have successfully developed a management program, which utilizes our multifamily management experience of “hands on” asset management, and excellent customer service coupled with the highly detailed association management skills we have developed during our service at several high profile condominium buildings in the Atlanta area. Constant, open communication with all of our personnel ensures that Condominium Concepts stays abreast of the growing needs and concerns of all of our homeowners/associations and allows us to address them accordingly.

The owner relationships we have established include major savings associations, banks, institutions and private investors. Our range of experience covers new construction/sell out to major renovations/lease up, and all phases of stabilization and performance improvement in between acquisition and disposition of assets.
