History: Started in Harrisburg PA in 1984 as Renovations Company Inc. Merged with the Diener Group in 1992 and formed Crossroads Property Management Inc. Lancaster office was opened in 1993 and York office in 2003. Crossroads Property Services Inc. was started in 2001 as a property maintenance company. In 2006, we expanded our services to Houston, TX and surrounding areas.

WE SPECIALIZE IN RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES:

• Apartments, single family homes, scattered sites or complexes, condo and homeowner associations.
• Distressed properties, estates and short-term oversights.

COMPUTERIZED ACCOUNTING:

• Statements are sent every month. Yearly statements are easy to process into tax returns. We will also work directly with accountants.

TENANT SCREENING:

• We will interview prospective tenants. Credit check, verify income status and rental history.

COLLECTIONS:

• We'll collect rents due and utilities paid by tenants when applicable.

WE PAY BILLS:

• This includes all utilities paid by owner, insurances, repairs and taxes.

NEED HELP TO MANAGE POLICIES?

• We will work with insurance agents in keeping policies current and paying them on time.

PROPERTY FOR SALE?

• We will work with real estate agents in getting access to property, records, etc.
