About Us
Crown Estate Management was created after learning that home owners are not satisfied with the service levels and time management of contractors and vendors.
We have since gone from hiring and managing contractors and vendors to offering the full spectrum of Property Management and Estate Management services to our clients, freeing up their time for things they want to focus on.
We will sit with you and your family and construct a family profile that will be used to keep everything in your home the way you like it; from how you like your cars cleaned to the specific water you would like in your refrigerator. Depending on the service level you choose, we will then design a custom maintenance schedule for your home, cars, boats, etc. that will assist us in making sure not one item is overlooked.
Our office is located in downtown Boca Raton and currently services clients in Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club and the surrounding area.
Property Management
Our property management services are offered to our seasonal and non-seasonal clients that may require basic maintenance and contractor management around the home however, do not require the resources of our full-time estate management team. Our online management system enables our clients and their Estate Manager, in real-time, to keep an eye on daily happenings from wherever their travels may take them.
This service is provided for discerning clients that want their property kept to the highest standard. The team consists of your main point of contact, your Estate Manager, as well as their in office assistant and team of helpers that assist in day to day issues. Each Estate Manager has no more than 10 clients at one time.
