Since 1962, David N. Schultz, Inc. has been providing investment property owners with outstanding professional service in real estate brokerage and management in the greater Los Angeles area. Our Geographical Service Area
We manage properties throughout the greater Los Angeles area, ranging from the San Gabriel Valley, (as far east as Covina), Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, throughout the San Fernando Valley, and Beverly Hills, Whittier and Anaheim, among many other areas. We currently manage nearly 3,000 apartment units in 170 buildings, ranging in size from 4-unit to 209-unit buildings, with a current vacancy rate of only 1.5%.
