We work closely together with our affiliate, Don Quick & Associates, Inc., a Commercial Real Estate firm, to ensure you the best service possible. We help you free up your time and relieve the burden of handling your property and tenant issues on a daily basis.

  • The leasing agents work closely with the marketing department making sure that your property is exposed on at least 4 different commercial Real Estate internet web sites such as Loopnet, Costar, Xceligent, Property line, and the Don Quick & Associates, Inc website.
  • The agents also submit property descriptions to the CIB listings network.
  • Flyers are also created for emailing to prospective tenants or other leasing companies.
  • We also advertise in local publications, including the Austin American Statesman, the Community Impact newspaper, and if requested in local area publications for the area in which your commercial property is located. Some examples would be the Hill Country News, the Pflugerville Pflag, or the Round Rock Leader.
