To better serve our clients, Dwellings focuses its' efforts in the geographically specific regions South Placer County and North Sacramento County and include area such as Rocklin, Roseville, Granite Bay, Antelope, portions of Citrus Heights, and portions of Foothill Farms in Sacramento. The purpose of this is to optimize the overhead so that the size of the company never exceeds its ability.
