About Us

Garnet Management Group, Inc. actually started out as a small family business in 1995. The four original partners in the Partnership were Skip, Nancy, Todd and Laurel Anderson. This partnership proved to be a great blend. The foursome was well equipped with everyone bringing their specialties to the partnership. Their portfolio has consisted of single family, duplex, triplex, multi unit apartment buildings, property for development, commercial buildings and vacation rentals. We have always been hands on in all aspects of property management including accounting, managing tenants, marketing, maintenance.

By managing our own properties, we have experienced managing properties from an owners perspective. We are confident that all of our experience make us one of the biggest assets to a property investor who does not want to deal with the day to day but would like someone managing his investment from an owners perspective.
